Competition Time

Last season we ran a competition to give one young Flyers fan the chance to be team mascot at on of the Flyers Home Games. This year we did it again.

Winner, Nick Doe and his family were treated to a family ticket to attend the game. Nick was then called to sit with the team on the bench for the whole game, ran out with the team and had his name called out over the tannoy, and was photographed with the team. Nick was obviously good luck for the team as they were victorious on the night, which pleased coach Nick Burns. Maybe a partnership of Big Nick, Little Nick may be what the team needs.

This is how the draw was done, and how Nick found out he had won.

As competition winner, Nick will now be able to choose which home game he wants to be "Team Mascot". He will get to meat the team on the day, have a photo with the squad, a full set of team autographs and will get to run out with the team as they are introduced to the crowd.

Bad luck to the others who managed to answer all the questions correct. But don't worry. We hope to run another similar competition very soon.
